Can I just say how much glee there is for me as a viewer when I watch the way Bo and Asa react to Dorian? It makes me laugh. She rubs them the wrong way and there is constant conflict. Again, where there is conflict there are layers to story. Without it you got ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. I'm sure Asa has other plans for his son but you know, I like when Asa gets his feathers ruffled not when he's smiling and happy. Where's the fun in that, eh?

Bo's reaction to Dorian was obvious today, but Asa was also mentioned. Nora told Viki that Clint deflects Asa when he begins to get over-bearing with Nora, and all it took was Clint mentioning Dorian's name. So, we were reminded today of the conflict between Clint's "friend" :P and his family.

I still would like to see Clint and Bo discussing Viki & Dorian, not just Bo teasing Clint about it.

Me too. I want Clint to hang out with some guy friends for a night out. I saw some of the Guiding Light stuff with Ross and his buddies and I want that for Clint. Let's start with his brother.

Yet another reason why Clint and Dorian are such a better story.

They are rife with conflict. The actors want story they want to work. They don't want to sit around and play board games and give advice and tsk tsk and be beloved by all. It means no story and no work.

Everybody in the family is for Viki and Clint. How very boring. "Oh we need a stable couple on this show?" WHY? To give advice? Talk to all the actors none of them want to get STUCK in that box. Ruth and Joe are AMC's stable couple. Seen em together lately? I mean this decade? And we know what happend to Alan and Monica well Alan anyway.

The mere idea of Clint and Dorian attending family functions is hysterical. It's rife with possiblities and I'll LOVE to see Clint dealing with his family and Dorian butting her way in and them railing against the idea. It will be just plain fun.

And Clint's family loves him. They are CLINT's family not Viki's. They are not going to disown him or all stand up to support Viki. She's not a Buchanan. She's the cheating ex wife of their beloved son and brother. They may not like Dorian but they'll deal with her just like they dealt with all of Asa and Bo's women. That's what families do. He's done it for them they'll do it for him.

Whenever Bo rolls his eyes or asks disgusted at Dorian and Clint together, it just makes me laugh. Maybe it's because Bob Woods is so cute doing it (compared to another person who is never cute doing it).

You know I love it too. It's those little touches that show you just how well the actors know their characters.

The Buchanan's cannot fathom Clint and Dorian but Bo is his brother. He's going to roll his eyes and snark...like Clint/Bo did over Alex, Blair,etc. But Bo will tell his brother good luck and stand by him. That's how a family works. Asa will pitch a fit but no way he'd jeapordize the love he has for his son and the relationship they worked so hard to repair all these years over Viki. Please Asa loves his sons above all others!

Also RSW and RS are so funny and the way RSW and JvD fit so well with the faces they makes like brother's unspoken snark. It's so damn funny! LOVE IT!
