Title: What should Dorian do about David?

The last scene these two had was maybe a month ago. She knows that Asa paid off David to supposedly murder Spencer and that David is innocent. Should she tell Clint? Discuss.

I'd like her to tell him. But then again the vets would have to be focused upon. I don't see them doing much but support throughout sweeps. IMHO
Dorian was told by David about Asa. Of course she believes David but she doesn't have any proof. Also I just don't think anybody would go to prison for some $$. I think it's all just in a preliminary holding pattern till a trial or arraignment or whatever happens. So that's why I think it's plausible that it's not being discussed because there's really nothing that can be done for David or about David until the arraignment which of course co-incides with TW's yet again short return to canvas. UGH. He's either on the show or not enough with the story tweeking!
I want Dorian to tell Clint. I want him to confront Asa (who is now not even on the show....) etc. What we get will be a lot different than what we would have gotten! And hey don't John and Bo believe David is innocent? I guess that's why I'm thinking nothing is being done as they are waiting on some procedural something or another that the writers have to look up just to.....yeah whatever.
And funny how viewers think a character SHOULD behave. Yeah I see lot of that NOT Happening! Not really up to us. Watch the story given possibly and go from there as opposed to critquing the minute it hits the screen.

I think it's pretty odd that David is in Llanview in jail and he hasn't been talked about since we last saw him on screen. Since then, Dorian has been at the police station because of the robbery at Roxy's and no mention was made of David being in the building.
I don't see Dorian bringing up the David is innocent subject with Clint. If Clint started talking about it, then I think she would tell him what is going on. OTOH, if Dorian thinks there is a chance of David getting Asa's money without going to jail, then Dorian might not say anything.

I'd like to see Dorian tell Clint, as she's not the one in trouble and Clint would be worried about what may happen to Asa. Both Asa and David would be charged with conspiracy to commit murder even if David didn't actually do it.
Though I agree with Ginny that if Dorian thinks David has a chance at getting Asa's money without going to jail, then she won't say anything. But both she and David could deny that she knew what David was up to.
But with PC now gone, TW just doing guest stints, and C/D not really integrated into this story, who knows if this will even come up between them. It's the "out of sight, out of mind" mentality writers fall into. C/D are like a B or C story instead of front-burner - I'd give it a 50/50 chance on whether this will be a problem for them.

[spoiler]well if they do they David is a Buchanan s/l then I'm sure it will come up between them, but otherwise, why even bother? Since PC's not going to be on the show anymore.

I have mixed feelings about it because it involves Asa. I guess my final choice would be that she not say anything until and unless the situation presents opportuntiy via Asa or David, like if Spencer's murder and David and/or Asa's involvement comes up in conversation. David told her this in confidence. She would have to speak with him before talking to anyone else about it and if Dorian finds that she is conflicted she may very well do that.
