Scene 1

Starr is looking up from the mud. Starr thinks that she is seeing her dad. Cole gets into a car, tries to call Starr again. He figures something is wrong. It’s pouring rain.

High School Prom Dance. Brittany is sitting on the floor in a corner, looking sad. Her friends come over and want to know if she was ditched by Cole. They give her a drink.

The Palace Hotel Bar. Blair and Marty meet up.

We see whoever was with Starr picking her up and carrying her. (We don’t see the face).

Scene 2

The Palace Hotel Bar. Blair and Marty are talking about Todd. Blair says that she left David and Dorian arguing. Marty said that she had heard about his release. David shows up at the bar in raincoat says that John believes Spencer’s real killer is still out there.

Bo stops Cole who was speeding.

The Hospital. Clint and Viki. Viki wants to know if he knew that David was released. Clint doesn’t look real happy, doesn’t look surprised either. Viki says that new evidence has been found and wonders why David confessed. Clint says that David has always been strange. Clint says that he has to go to the mansion and check on Asa. Clint offers to drop her off at Llanfair on the way. Viki says, “Oh my God! What did I ever do without you?” Being a smart ass. Clint says, “Suit yourself. “ He walks away. He looks worried.

Bo/Cole. Cole says that he was trying to find Starr.

The Hospital. Starr tells Viki that she saw her dad. Soon the limo driver arrives. He says that he found her in the rain and he had to bring her there. She says that he is lying and that she saw her dad. Viki says that she will take care of her. The limo driver says that Dr. Lord would have his head. Viki says that she will clear it with Dr. Lord. Viki says that she believes her about seeing her dad and that when you really need someone they will show up. She goes to get someone to check Starr’s face.

Cole/Bo. Bo gets a call from Thalia

Hospital. Starr sings a love song. “I’ll Fly to You.” Cole is in the car and singing, to. (It is bad.)

Scene 3
Buke mansion. Clint gets a drink. Nigel comments about the storm. Clint: “Storm is nothing compared to what I’m going to do to Pa.” Clint tells Nigel that he must have known about what Asa did with trying to get David to kill Spencer. Nigel says yes. “Why am I surprised,?” Clint says. “Classic Asa. Why in hell did he want Truman dead?” Nigel says that he really couldn’t say.

The Palace Bar. Blair wonders if Dorian is the one who killed Spencer and if she tried to pay David to keep quiet. She thinks that is what he and Dorian were arguing about at LaBoulaie. David says no, that he needs a room for the night. He learns that Renee is gone and he thinks he may actually get a room. Marty is looking guilty. David leaves. Blair says that she hopes who ever killed Spencer will get away with it.

Hospital. Starr is being examined. She doesn’t want Viki to call her mom. The doctor says that she is fine. The doctor gets a call to go to ER and leaves. Viki and Starr talk about her going to the prom. Starr doesn’t want to go. She says that she will call Markko and let him know what’s happened. Viki leaves to give her privacy. She uses Viki’s phone.

High School. Marcie tries to encourage Markko to ask Langston to dance. Markko goes and has left his phone on the table. Brittany, who has been drinking, walks by the table when his phone rings and she picks it up. It’s Starr and she lies that Markko and Cole went to get her something to drink Starr says don’t tell me that you are making out with both of them. Brittany says, no just Cole and sorry you missed it. Starr is upset and hangs up. Brittany says, “Bitch is back.” The teenage girls sing.

Scene 5

Nigel/Clint. Nigel suggests that maybe they should send Asa to St. Blazes. Nigel says that it is only a matter of time before David comes after Asa for his money. Nigel looks up and sees David. Clint: Next time you walk into my house without knocking I’m going to shoot you! David says he is there to see Asa about a private matter. Clint tells him he knows about the deal. David mutters, “Dorian!” Clint says, “ You’re not going to get a single penny.” David says then he will be forced to tell Bo what Asa did and then Bo will have to decide between his career and his father.

Cole/Bo. Bo says that he was in the middle of an arrest and he was headed to the station to do an interrogation. Bo asks questions about Starr being missing. Cole says that he wants to find her before the prom ends at midnight. Cole looks at his watch. Bo says that he remembers the watch being Patrick’s and that he was best man at Marty and Patrick’s wedding. He says that Patrick and Marty never gave up each other. Bo asks for him to call him if he finds Starr for his own piece of mind. Bo leaves. Cole tries to call Starr and he sees Starr’s phone in the mud. It is ringing.

Hospital. Viki/Starr. They are in the examining room. Her dress is clean. Viki tries to cheer her up. Viki says that she shouldn’t try to deny her feelings because the heart doesn’t like to be ignored. She says that it will save her aggravation in the long run. Starr says that she is scared. Viki says, “Don’t be scared. What does your heart tell you?”

Scene 6

The Palace Bar. Blair says that she is glad that Cole/Starr aren’t together. Marty says the prom should almost be over. She says that she never went to her prom. Blair says, “Neither did I.”

High School. Marcie is still trying to talk Markko into asking Langston for a dance. Brittany wants to stuff the ballot box so that she can be Prom Queen. She is surrounded by her girlfriends. They harass Langston, who is at table with the ballot box, and tell her that Marcie is looking for her. Langston leaves. Marcie catches them stuffing the ballot box. After she gets them to leave, Marcie laughs and begins writing on ballots.

The limo driver tells Cole what happened to Starr and that she is at LVH. Cole rushes off in his car.

At LVH, Starr tells Viki that she loves Cole. Viki says that she should go to the prom and see him. Viki notices Starr’s watch and remembers that Todd gave the watch to Blair. Viki says that maybe Todd really brought her back from the storm to her so that she could help Starr. Viki leaves to get the car so that she can drive her to the prom.

Scene 7
Buke mansion. Clint tells David he can’t prove anything because there is no paper trail. David asks what about Dorian? Clint tells David that he lost. He is with Dorian. (Hehe) Clint tells him to get out.

Cole shows up at the hospital and discovers Starr is gone.

Viki parks at the school. Starr rushes into the school and sees Markko, who tells her that Cole has left.

Scene 8

Buke mansion. David tells Clint:“Forget about the money.” David says that he needs a place to stay. Clint says get out. Clint threatens that he isn’t to utter one word about Asa to anyone or he’ll regret it for the rest of his life. David says that he never liked the Buke mansion anyway and he leaves. Nigel to Clint says, well done. Clint is curious why Asa would trust a weasel like David. Nigel suggests that maybe it was some kind of test to see what he was made up. Clint is still puzzled, says that it shouldn’t matter because David has nothing to do with the Buchanan family.

High School. Markko and Langston are bonding over how Marcie has been harassing them. Marcie announces that Markko and Langston are the Prom King and Queen.

The Palace. Blair and Marty are getting ready to leave. They both end up sharing that they gave Starr/Cole watches…a gift from Todd…a gift from Patrick.

Cole is driving back to the school in the rain. Starr is standing at the front of the school and singing. She is crying. Cole shows up and they run toward each other and kiss in the rain. To be continued.

I haven't seen this yet. I was hoping there was some mention of Dorian. ITA that Viki was being a bitch to Clint. His look was "worried" but I also think it was "why do I bother?"

I liked the stuff with Clint and David. I was wanting them to talk about Dorian more; I can see this all leading to David wanting to get even with both of them.

What did you think about the anvil Nigel dropped at the end?

I cursed. I think it is lame to make David a Buke. But maybe it will serve a purpose somehow in the future when Asa dies. I'm not going to be closed minded about it. It just wouldn't be my preference but it's not like I won't change my mind if it is of story benefit in some way.

Well it looks like they are going ahead with making David a Buchanan. There really is no point since both PC and TW both left the show. But it would obviously change family dynamics if David ever visits again in the future. But even if they make him one of Asa's heirs, it doesn't mean he is THE heir. He'll probably get some money out of the Buchanans, one way or another, and leave to travel the world.

I didn't appreciate some of Tuc's acting choices today. I think he was playing up "funny David" a little too much. Half the time, his antics didn't have anything to do with the script.

It annoyed me that Viki was snarky with Clint for no reason. They were just talking about David, there was no arguing, but then Clint offers to take her home because it's storming out, she snaps at him. wtfmore.gif And, he didn't have a worried look - it was his "why do I bother?" look.

But I loved how Clint handled the David situation. Clint wasn't phased by David's threats and was confident in his relationship with Dorian.

Viki was a bitch wasn't she? wtfmore.gif So glad he has his own life away from that. It was kind of him to offer her a ride but she has to demean him as always.
