Scene 1

Angel Square Hotel. David/Roxy. He is trying to sneak in to get a room.
Buke Enterprises. Natalie at Buchanan Enterprises. She is behind the desk and trying to settle in. She is bored. Miles visits her.
Police station. Marty/John. They discuss the fact that Miles blackmailed her into marriage.

LaBoulaie. Cris/Blair. Blair is on the phone with Sarah. Sarah tells her that Todd is with her. Blair threatens to call the police if Sarah doesn’t tell her where Todd is. Sarah calls her bluff and says that she won’t do it if she wants to find Todd.

Llanfair. Dorian and Clint visit with bags, things for Jessica to lift her spirits. Clint says he a hired a private nurse and that he would have called but she would have just said no. She says that’s right I would have. Viki says that Jessica is staying with Nash and walks away. Dorian and Clint look surprised.

Scene 2
Angel Square Hotel. Roxy is squeezing David’s finger because he was trying to steal a room key. He is grimacing. Rex/Marcie and Lindsay are there with baby Tommy. Roxy suggests David bunk with her. Rex/Marcie and Lindsay et al are there in memory of Jen on her birthday. They light a candle on a cake.

Chicago. Sarah says that she is using Todd’s phone so that should be proof that Todd is with her. She says that Todd is unconscious. She tells Blair that Todd has been stabbed and it’s up to Blair to get him out of where he is.

Police Station. John tells Marty that she should have come to him. She tells him that it would have endangered Cole and “you’d be—“ He asks, “I’d be what?

Scene 3
Llanfair. Clint asks, “Jessica checked herself out? When?” as they all go into the library. Dorian says that it was premature for her to be checked out because of post- opt care and all that is required. Viki gets snippy, says that she is well aware of the care involved with transplant patients. Clint says that it’s going to be too much for Nash to try and take care of Bree and Jessica. Clint isn’t happy that Viki didn’t call him. She said that she left a message with his secretary at BE. She asks if he’s even been in the office. (nasty-probably because of Dorian) he says that it was Natalie’s first day and he didn’t get to his office because he was showing her around. Dorian says, “Clint has been very busy.” Dorian smiles. Viki indicates she has left messages on his cell phone (he says it was off) and at Asa’s. He says that he wasn’t at Asa’s that morning. Viki looks at Dorian.

Buke Enterprises. Miles has a work-related proposal regarding BE. (not paying close attention here)

Police Station. Marty and John still talking about Miles blackmailing her.

Chicago. Sarah tells Blair that Todd is in Chicago. Blair wants her to get Todd to the hospital. Sarah says that she can’t move him by herself.

Scene 4
Angel Square Hotel. Marcie/ Jenn/Rex reminisce about Jen. Roxy is coming on to David. He eventually runs out the door.

Llanfair. Viki snarks, “Good thing that no one was dying!” Viki says next time, she'll try reaching him at Dorian's. Dorian replies that her maid is good at giving messages to them. Viki suggests that Clint leave to visit his daughter. Her attitude quickly annoys Dorian who says that Viki’s conversation with them is colored by the fact that Dorian and Clint are in a relationship. “Clint and I are in a relationship and the sooner you accept it the better!” Clint looks exasperated, like here we go again.

Police Station. Marty wants John not to go to Miles with what he knows.

LaBoulaie. Blair is still on the phone with Sarah. Cris is standing beside Blair. Blair wants to know how much money Sarah wants. Sarah says that it’s not about money, it’s about Todd not dying. She tells Blair to get there because Todd won’t be able to hold on much longer.

Scene 5
Police Station. John still feels that Marty is not the killer. He wants to know why Marty is resistant to his investigation. Marty says there must be a reason she is blocking out what happened that night. He says they have got to get at the truth.

LaBoulaie/Chicago. Blair wants Sarah to tell Todd that she loves him. On Sarah’s end she says, “Damn!” and quickly hangs up. Hunter has returned.

Buke Enterprises. Natalie says that Asa will check Miles out, even investigating the marriage. Miles wonders why Natalie wants to know about the marriage. Natalie says that he got married quickly and she is suspicious because Marty is the conservative type.

Llanfair. Viki questions, “You want me to accept your relationship with my ex-husband? Viki says that of all the things on Dorian has done, her relationship with Clint is the least of her concerns. Clint suggests to Dorian that they leave. Dorian says no, that she wants to clear the air so that she and Clint can get on with their lives. Viki says that she doesn’t care about her and Clint but she is tired of Dorian flaunting their sex life. Clint denies that they are doing that. Dorian says they are certainly not going to disguise the fact that they care for each other because Viki’s around. Clint suggests they leave. Viki says good idea and walks to the front door. Viki opens the door to David. David sees Clint and Dorian and says, “What’s for dinner?”

Scene 6
Angel Square Hotel. Lindsay offers to babysit Tommy.

Llanfair. David says that he has no job and no place to stay. Dorian says, “Here we go.” David says that he wants to stay at the Carriage House and maybe say a car. And if he wears his “sling shot” he’s gotta remember to do it in the backyard by the pool. Dorian is outraged and tells David he can’t seriously think Viki is going to allow him to stay there. Viki yells, “Is anyone talking to you?” David asks, “Is that a yes?”

Police Station. John/Marty. He is trying to help her remember what happened the night Spencer was killed. Marty remembers she went to the hospital to talk to Blair because she figured Cole and Starr were together.

LaBoulaie. Blair is packing. Cris suggests that the cops be called. Blair says no and Cris says that he is going with her.

Chicago. Sarah puts away her phone before Hunter sees it. Hunter quit his job he has a wad of money. He puts the moves on Sarah and she says there is an almost dead guy in her bed so that isn't the place for them to get romantic. Sarah says that she will join him in a minute. He leaves. She puts the phone back where it was before and she whispers to Todd that “she’ll be here in a minute (meaning Blair)” She looks up and sees Hunter.

Buke Enterprises. Natalie asks again why Miles married Marty. Miles says, “Because I blackmailed her into marrying me.”

Scene 7
Llanfair. Viki is agreeable. Clint asks, "Isn’t this going too far?" David is asking about the key to the Cottage House and Viki says that David isn’t going to be staying in the Carriage House but in the guest bedroom down the hall from her bedroom. Clint rolls eyes, stomps his foot and folds his arms. Dorian looks annoyed. Viki smirks.

Angel Square. Rex says that he is going to Chicago because he has a lead on Todd and leaves.

LaBoulaie. Cris/Blair leave for Chicago. In Chicago, Sarah tells Hunter that she was just checking on Todd because he was moaning. Hunter says that Todd is their “retirement fund” so don’t skew it up.

Buke Enterprises. Natalie gives Miles a strange look. He says that he’ll be back later so they can strategize how to win over Asa. He leaves.

Police Station. Marty/John still trying to piece together what happened that night. Marty is frustrated that she can’t remember. John says, “Go to Truman. Think about stabbing him over and over again.” Close up of Marty. The show ends.

So happy that Dorian called Viki on her snarkiness. So, it looks like Dorian and Clint spent the night together--or do you think he was at LaBoulaie for breakfast only?

You know that part of the dialogue jumped out at me too. I think Clint went over for breakfast, though they may have been sexually intimate. Dorian certainly implied there was more to it. I don't think they spent the night because Dorian has attached a lot of meaning to that occurence. But I could be wrong. I will say that each time they are together it seems that they are closer. Agree that it was good to see Dorian call Viki on her snarkiness. I think Clint has so much on his mind between Asa and Jessica that he would just as soon disregard it all. He is pretty straight forward and no nonsense. He pretty much stayed out of it. I think he was aware of the game David and Viki were playing to make Dorian jealous.

Well, they weren't in the main room/foyer with Blair, Starr, and Cristian. So they were either in the kitchen or Dorian's bedroom. With all the deliberate building of C/D's relationship and talking about him spending the night, I hope they didn't gloss over it. Whatever happened, they implied that they enjoyed each other's company. ;)

And, while Dorian was obviously bothered by it all, I think Clint was more shocked than anything that Viki would invite David in.

On a different topic, it looks like Sarah's boyfriend, Hunter, has no idea who she really is. He reminded her that Todd was their retirement fund, so I guess he doesn't know the kind of money Sarah comes from. I'm also interested in seeing her family's (particularly her grandfather's) reaction to her apparent police record.

Those crazy kids! I love 'em! Sigh. I gotta love the way you have it all figured out Emily. I totally forgot about Blair and Cris being in the living room. We didn't even know that Clint and Dorian were at LaBoulaie together. But you're right. Where were they? On a side note, maybe Clint didn't have on something more casual because he was in the office earlier that day. I loved Dorian's look. It was so summery.

I didn't catch the La Boulaie connection until Ginny actually mentioned the name, wondering if C/D had breakfast there, and then I realized that Blair and Cris were already there, and have been for several episodes. So, yeah, where were C/D? :D

Though Clint was also at BE to show Natalie around (and he left her there with nothing to do?). So did he have breakfast with Dorian and then go to the office, or did he go see Dorian after being at the office with Natalie? Obviously, Dorian and Clint went shopping for Jessica that day - so either Dorian was waiting at BE for him, or he came to see her after getting Natalie settled (was that Clint's office or is that a generic BE office, and what is Natalie going to be doing at BE with no experience?). I wouldn't put so much energy into speculating if we got to see more of it once in a while.

But since Dorian implied that they had sex, then they probably did. They probably had breakfast/brunch up in her bedroom.

OK, here's my guess.

• Clint went to BE in the early morning to help Natalie get settled in (looks like it was Clint's Office but all the offices may look similar. Also, Natalie looked out of place.)
• Clint got distracted by a call or visit from Dorian and he ended up leaving and going to LaBoulaie (the doors to the living room were closed for most of the Cris/Blair's chat.)
• 52607.gif Dorian/Clint have a bedroom rendezvous that included breakfast/brunch upstairs
• Dorian suggests they go shopping (a Dorian kind of thing)
• later they go to Llanfair.

I like your breakdown of C&D's day so far, Cheryl. I agree Emily, spending the night together is important to Dorian so I hope we didn't miss out on seeing that happen and how they both react to it. I was really happy that Natalie's dialogue included that she knew nothing about BE and what she was supposed to do. It would be so soapy for it to be her first day and she's already in charge of some major aquisition.

Man oh man, where have I been. I did not realize that the woman with Todd is Sarah Roberts. Has her name been said by Hunter or did she say it to Blair. I really have been watching her scenes but it totally got past me.

I don't know if it has come up, Ginny. I just know from the spoilers that she is Sarah. Looking forward to Sarah being with her grandpa. Also, what was Miles talking about in terms of BE? I didn't catch all of it.

I forgot to mention Dorian's outfit, which I thought was really summery and cute. It reminded me of the time she visited Mel's houseboat in the ship's mate's outfit--this one wasn't silly, but it reminded me nonetheless.

Oh that is funny! I had the same thought about Dorian and Mel that day she wore that outfit. They are similar.
