I rewound and rewatched the following scene:
(Hospital corridors.)

Clint (in David's face, points finger): David, you are not going to make this an extension of whatever game you're playing to upset Dorian. Do you understand me?
David: Clint the only reason I came here is to express my con--
Clint (cuts him off): Vickers, I don't want to hear any more of your CRAP! Just know this-- you're not going to take advantage of Viki anymore. (Clint storms off into Jessica's room)

I loved that scene. I also thought it was more about Clint watching out for Dorian than for Viki.

I agree with you Ginny. I love that he is protective of Dorian and doesn't want to see her hurt. Clint knows that David is using Viki to bother Dorian and he's had enough of it. Clint saw David being at the hospital as a continuation of whatever game David's playing. David will soon prove Dorian right in her words to Viki that David can be sweet one moment and then the next moment, stab you in the back.

Do you think Clint will let anyone know that he's giving David $10 million? It's a sticky situation because I don't think paying for a piece of someone's liver is legal in this country.

Yeah, but I think Dorian learns of it (she confronts David) and the spoilers imply Bo and Viki will find out but I don't think they will rock the boat because they love Jessica. They would be angry if anything that David blackmailed Clint to save Jessica's life.
