Scene 1
Carlotta’s Diner. Rex and Sarah enter. They see Adriana. Sarah wants to know if Adriana is Rex’s EX.
Police Station. Bo/Talia. Bo tells her that Kirk Harmon wants to see him. Talia answers the phone. The Statesville warden wants to talk to him.
Hospital. David is shocked at the news that he is a match. Just then, Dorian shows up. She asks, “So David is a match?” She wonders about the odds, should he be willing to go through with the surgery. David says they should talk about the odds of going through with the surgery.
Jess' room. Jess/Nash. Jess is accepting of the proposal. Natalie is at the door and smiling.
Marty/Miles Apartment. Cole/Marty. Cole tells his mother that he is upset because of what she’s done. Marty wants to know what he thinks she’s done.
Roadside. Miles is stopped by the police. He is imagining Spencer is in the backseat of the car talking to him. Miles rolls down the window and the cop asks for his license and registration. John McBain approaches the vehicle and asks the cop, “Is there a problem Terry?” The cop says the vehicle was driving erratically. The cop asks Miles to step out of the car.

Scene 2
Carlotta’s Diner. Adriana jumps to the wrong conclusion about Rex/Sarah because Sarah says that Rex talks about Adriana in his sleep. Rex explains. Then, Adriana calms down and says that she believes him because Cris told her about Todd. Rex asks Adriana if she is there alone. Adriana says no; Tate is with her. The TV station asks him to take some time off. Tate soon joins them. Tate assumes that Rex has moved on with Sarah. Adriana is upset to hear Rex/Sarah are living together.
Hospital. Jess/Natalie/Nash. Nash goes to get a priest. He wants to get married immediately.
Viki/Dorian/Paige/Clint/David. Outside Jess' room, Viki tells David that she is sorry and that she didn’t stop to consider his feelings about the surgery. David is worried about the surgery and the scar. Clint says this isn’t a time for jokes. Dorian says that he isn’t joking. Clint asks David if he is willing to try and save Jess.
Marty/Miles’ Apt. Cole says that he thinks Miles has something to do with Todd's disappearance.
Roadside. Miles thinks John is behind the vehicle being stopped. Miles imagines Spencer (from the backseat) whispering in his ear to cooperate. Miles steps outside the car. John asks if the car is Marty’s. John says it is a stolen vehicle since Marty didn't give him permission to take the car. John asks for his license. Miles says that he left his wallet at home. John asks the cop to open the trunk.

Scene 3
Police Station. Bo is on the phone. The warden tells him that Kirk Harmon is dead. Bo hangs up and tells Talia that in the dining hall one of the other prisoners stabbed Kirk. Talia wonders if the killer is talking to police. Bo says it was self-defense. Talia wonders about witnesses. Bo says the inmates shielded the fight from the cameras. Bo is suspicious because Kirk asked that Bo be called so that he could talk to him before Kirk was killed.
Carlotta’s Diner. Adriana/Tate. Adriana wonders if Kirk's father has shown regret. Tate says no. He says that his father is spitting more venom than ever. Tate wonders about her lingerie ads and how her company is affected by the fact that he is in the ads. She doesn’t want him to worry. Adriana says that she will support him through all this.
Rex/Sarah. They are talking about Adriana/Tate. Sarah flirts and says that Rex is much cuter than Tate.
Hospital. Nat/Jess. Nat wonders if Jess is strong enough for the wedding. Nat says that she couldn’t be happier for her sister. Jess jokes that Nat won’t have to wear a brides maid’s dress.
Outside Jess' room, David says maybe it's not so bad since he has two of them. Paige corrects that he is getting confused; he has one liver and two kidneys. Paige explains that it will be a region of the right lobe of the liver that will be removed in the surgery. David agrees to the surgery. Dorian (who has been standing closer to David) walks over to Clint. Dorian says that it’s brave of David to do this since he can’t stand the sight of needles and this is invasive surgery. David looks uncomfortable with what Dorian has just related. Paige says that he needs to be prepped for surgery. David is concerned that is has to be right now. David jokes that maybe Clint has a buck knife on him. Clint and Viki leave to tell Jessica the good news. They go into the room and Clint to Jess says,"We have wonderful news!" Jess says, "So do I!"
Roadside. Miles says they (John and the cop) don’t have a warrant to search his trunk. Eventually Miles tosses them the car keys. They open the trunk. John asks, “What the hell is that?”

Scene 4
Marty and Miles' Apt. Cole tells Marty that what happened with Blair that night makes him more suspicious of Miles.
Roadside. Miles tells the cop and John that what they are looking at in his trunk is a suit bag. John opens the suit bag. (Miles has gotten rid of Todd’s body) John asks Miles if he knows Hunter. The entire time, Spencer is whispering to Miles not to piss John off. John wants to take Miles to the station.
Carlotta’s Diner. Sarah freaks out because Bo enters the diner. She gets Rex’s car keys and sneaks out through a back door. Bo finds Tate and Adriana together. Bo says that Kirk wanted to talk to him but the warden later called and told him that Kirk had been killed.
Hospital. Jess/Viki/Natalie/Clint. In Jess' hospital room, Clint asks about Jess’ news. Jess says that she and Nash are getting married. Viki and Clint tell Jessica David is a match. Nash comes in; he says that he heard the news about David being a match from Dorian. He says that he got the priest but he doesn’t have a license. Clint says there isn’t a need to rush. Nash says yes there is; he wants to get married before the surgery.

Scene 5
Carlotta’s Diner. Bo tells Tate that they questioned everyone. Adriana wants to know if the death was racially motivated. Bo says the killer was a Skin Head. Rex is listening in the background. Tate wants to know how to go about claiming his father's body.
Police Station. John/Talia/Miles. John asks Talia to write Miles up; then later he says that he is going to take Miles home. (Useless scene)
Jess’ hospital room. Nash/Clint/Jess/ Natalie/Viki. Viki wants to know why the rush? Nash says that he is not waiting another day. He wants to marry Jess and it doesn’t matter where they are. Clint/Viki leave. Clint asks Viki if she knows a judge. Viki says that she does and says that she will call and arrange for a license. As she leaves, Dorian approaches. Clint tells her about Nash’s plans. Dorian says that she insisted that David gets tested. He kisses Dorian. He thanks her. Clint leaves to talk to David. Paige is with David. Clint arrives, Paige leaves. Clint tells David that even though they have had differences, he is grateful that they have put aside their differences. Clint adds, "If there is anything I can do for you, just let me know." Clint turns to leave. Just as Clint is at the door, David says, "You can give me the $10 million your father promised me."

Scene 6
Carlotta's Diner. Bo tells Tate there will be an investigation and an autopsy. Tate leaves to get fresh air. Adriana follows. Rex tries to stop her but she resists; Rex is upset.
Hospital. Jess is worried that her body will reject the liver. Natalie says that she is jumping the gun. She tries to cheer her up.
Outside Jess's room. Viki returns and sees Dorian. Viki wants to know where Clint is. Dorian tells her and adds that she is the one who insisted that David be tested. Viki thanks Dorian. Dorian says that it is fortunate that Viki and David became close before all of this happened with Jess. Viki says what David is agreeing to do with the surgery is selfless. Viki adds that she is happy for whatever Dorian did to make David angry enough to move in with her at Llanfair.
Clint calls David a "heartless bastard." David corrects him. He calls himself a "greedy bastard." David says that no one is to hear about the blackmail until after he is gone and then Clint can tell anybody he likes. Clint wants to know how he wants the money transferred.
Miles/Marty’s apartment. Miles returns with John. Miles wonders why everyone is suspicious of him in regards to Todd. John explains that he is the one who sent Todd to Chicago.
In the park. Tate is on his cell phone. He is upset because his father was killed. He responds, “No I don’t want his death to be for nothing. I’ll do what I was supposed to do.” He later is sitting on the bench when Adriana catches up with him. She says that she didn’t want him to be alone. Tate says that he and his dad used to come to the park and they would play catch sometimes. He says that even though they went separate paths he was his father and he loved him and will miss him. Adriana hugs him as he sobs.

Scene 7
Carlotta’s Diner. Rex and Bo talk about the fact that maybe Kirk was getting ready to name someone.
In the park. Tate tells Adriana that his father didn’t deserve to die. Tate is getting angry. Adriana says that even though his father did horrible things, it’s OK to be upset.
Marty/Miles’ Apt. John/Miles/Cole/Marty. Miles says he hopes they catch Hunter so that Miles can be cleared. John leaves. Marty leaves behind him. Cole whispers to Miles: “What did you do with Todd?” Miles doesn't really give him an answer, says he is being taken care of. He thanks Cole for not saying anything. Cole says he is protecting his mom.
Hospital. Paige/Viki/Dorian. Paige leaves to set up a room. David enters with Clint. David makes a joke about having hoped that he could take his liver out for one last spin. Viki tells him that he doesn't have to do joke to prove his bravery. Dorian says the odds are in his favor, that she is betting on David doing well with things and she never bets on anything but a sure thing. Viki hugs David and thanks him for being selfless. She says that she will never forget it. Clint says, "Neither will I."
Nash/Natalie/Jess. Natalie wants to get her dressed with make up, etc. for the wedding. Nash says they just have to wait for the license and then they can get married. Jess jokes about divorce, marriage and surgery--all in 24 hours.

Dorian is in David's room. David is in bed. He says, "Why is everyone so surprised that I want money for my liver?!"

Clint/Viki in Jess' room. Viki says, "Jessica and Nash are getting married." Nash says, "Right here. Right now."

I love how Dorian makes sure that everyone knows she insisted David be tested. Sounds like a good episode. I'm going to watch it with a glass of wine this evening. Does David know that he may not be able to drink after having a piece of his liver cut off?

I thought it was pretty good. Viki really doesn't know David if she is calling him selfless. Throughout the episode, Dorian seemed a little unsure about him going through with it, IMO.

If they told him at all. LOL I'm sure he would think it is worth the $10 million, anyway. From the previews, it sounds like Dorian hears from David that he is getting the money for doing it. Part of David's deal with Clint is that he not tell anyone about the blackmail until after he leaves town. I wonder how Viki finds out and if Dorian and Clint discuss David's actions.

From the preview, I thought that Clint. But maybe she knows that David isn't selfless and that's why she's in his room talking about it. Viki will find that out soon enough. Interesting that Dorian has a different outfit on.
