TV Guide Suds Report

One Life to Live (A-Channel/ABC) — Christina Chambers fired!
Hallelujah! Just when we thought OLTL couldn’t get any better, it does! Our prayers have been answered and that hack Christina Chambers (Marty) has finally been fired! Unfortunately, we can’t set a date for our see-ya-later party just yet, because her last air date has yet to be determined, but insiders suggest it may take a couple more months of torture. An ABC source tells TV Guide, “You can expect Susan Haskell back [in her Emmy-winning role]. That’s a definite. Marty and John are moving full-steam ahead.” In other fantastic casting news, the lovely and talented Pamela Payton-Wright (Addie) will be trying to seduce Lindsay at St. Ann’s during their stay in the next few weeks. Teehee …

Passions (DirecTV/SuperChannel) – Evans: OLTL-bound!
Check out our exclusive interview with soap icon Andrea Evans (Rebecca) later this week when she reveals she has every intention of returning to Llanview one day. “I have unfinished business there,” she shares. “OLTL and I are always in constant talks; I love everyone there and Ron [Carlivati] and Frank [Valentini] have done a wonderful job turning the show around. I’m dying to find out what Tina’s been up to — definitely, no good, I bet!” Evans tells us she agreed to switch over to Passions to help them make the transition from network to cable, but after that she doesn’t know what her future holds. “Tina is the role of my career,” she states. And our all-time favourite soap character!

I was finally starting to like CC in the role of Marty. But it will be interesting to see Susan Haskel play her again. I'm hoping we will find out how Patrick died; acutally I'm guessing that will be a storyline at some point.

I think they brought up how Patrick died. I'll check later. I almost didn't post this but decided to because of the news in it; the guy who wrote this needs to be fired. I think he is highly unprofessional to insult an actress. He would have been better off sticking to comments about the how the character was written.
