Scenes 1, 2
LaBoulaie. Blair and Addie are in the foyer as Dorian comes down the stairs. B/A are laughing and bubbly over tatoos they have on their arms. Dorian is not happy to see them with the tatoos.
Bonjour Cafe--Viki has entered the cafe, is down because Charlie is gone.
Charlie is shown at the Buke mansion. Jared opens the door to him.
Paris, Texas--Michael and John are knocking on the door of "Sally Ann." (Marcie)There is no answer so John breaks into the room.
Gigi calls Marcie, who is with the Tommy. Marcie is outside the Bonjour and wants to leave town. Gigi says that there is something important that she has for Marcie and she wouldn't want to leave town without it. Ramsey has a gun pointed at Gigi. Todd is there, too.

LaBoulaie. Dorian is annoyed by the tatoos. Blair says they are fake tatoos. Addie asks, "What happened to you Dorian? You used to be fun." Dorian says today isn't a day for fun. She shows them the front page of the newspaper about a hearing for Lindsay.

Bo and RJ are shown outside the courtroom. RJ says that Lindsay had to be not in the right frame of mind to kill Spencer. Bo and RJ agree to present a united front in support of Lindsay. Nora appears. She sees them shaking hands and is startled.

Michael and John are shown again. They are searching the room. John turns on the TV and sees that it is on a cartoon channel. He sends Michael downstairs to see if he can find out anything about Sally Ann.

Gigi is shown with a gun pointed at her and trying to convince Marcie to stop by and see her. Todd gives her money. Gigi is unsuccessful. Marcie says that she will call when she gets some place safe.

Bonjour Cafe. Mo is outraged that Charlie would leave Viki.

Charlie walks into the mansion. Jared is trying to get rid of him but Charlie says that he isn't going anywhere.

Continuing Scenes
Bonjour Café—Mo encourages Viki to go for it with Charlie and not waste away her life. Viki goes to the kitchen. Marcie comes in with Tommy and she gives Mo money that she owes for broken dishes. She says that she is leaving town. Mo rants that he should fire Gigi because she didn’t show up for work that day or the previous night. Marcie is surprised.

Gigi is shown pleading with Ramsey to get an inhaler to Shane (Ramsey has him hidden). Todd says that he hasn’t seen his son for 2 years. He wants his son back just like she wants to see Shane. He suggests that she call Marcie again.

Dorian is annoyed that Todd found time to print such trash about Lindsay. Dorian says that if Lindsay is deemed sane enough to stand trial, Nora is going to go after Lindsay in a vendetta. Addie wants to go to the hearing. Dorian doesn’t want her to go because she hasn’t been in a courtroom and the judge has high standards of behavior. Addie says that she knows how to keep her mouth shut and besides, Lindsay helped her with her make over while she was at St. Anne’s and she also saved Blair from Spencer. Addie says the Cramers should show a united front of solidarity in support of Lindsay. She suggests: “Cramer Women for the defense.” They grasp hands and raise them in cheer.

At the courthouse, Nora comments on how RJ and Bo seem to be getting along. Bo and RJ tell her that it’s a sign of the New Year for Lindsay’s sake. Nora says that she has faith in the winning because Lindsay is faking. Lindsay walks into the courtroom.

In the courtroom (after commercial break)

Bo and RJ are checking out how Lindsay is doing and telling her that she is not alone. Nora looks on. They say she has support and then, the Cramers show up.

At the Buke mansion, Jared is still blasting his father about a bad childhood with Charlie drinking. Jared says that now he has a real father and his name is Asa Buchanan.

In “Sally Anne’s” room in Texas, John is on the phone and leaving a message for Cole when Michael returns. Michael says that he didn’t’ find out much other than “Sally Anne” left. They are about to leave when John finds a pink bag that John recognizes as something Marcie would have.

Bonjour Cafe. Marcie is still worried about Gigi and her not showing up for work. Next, Gigi is shown with Todd, Ramsey and Ramsey is taunting Gigi with Shane’s inhaler to try and get her to call Marcie. Marcie ends up calling and Gigi lies and says that she is worried about Shane. Marcie agrees to stop by and see her. Mo complains that Sally Ann dropped in and quit and Gigi is taking another personal day. (Marcie goes to see Gigi and leaves a bag with her things in it at the cafe.)

At the courthouse, Dorian approaches Nora. Dorian says that what Nora is doing to Lindsay is despicable. Nora says that it is her job. Nora suggests Dorian is not just there to support Lindsay but she also wants to stick it to her because of Clint. Dorian wonders how Viki would take it if she knew Nora was "shacking up" with Clint after encouraging Viki to try and win him back. Dorian also wonders what Bo would think of the relationship between Clint and Nora. Bo approaches. He asks, "What I think about what? Obviously you want my opinion about something so fire away." Dorian smirks. Nora has her mouth agape.

(After commercial break)
Dorian lies (can't remember what she says but Bo buys it). Nora tells Bo she has to finish up with Dorian and pulls Dorian off to the side. Dorian grins and says, It’s classic. You lied to Bo in a court of law." Nora defends that her relationship with Clint as platonic and says that she has a nice relationship with Bo, that they are raising Mathew together. She gets in Dorian's face and says that she doesn't want Bo sucked into her "vortex of hell" that she is spinning. "Back the hell off!"

They show Addie and Blair. Blair is worried about Todd. Addie says that Todd is with the FBI agent . "What could go wrong?"

Next, Gigi is pleading with Ramsey to go to her son. Todd orders Ramsey to get her son. He agrees since Todd is his boss and he leaves.

At "Sally Ann's" place, John tells Michael the bag is from a bar that Marcie was at in Georgia. He says that Sally Ann is Marcie. They decide to head to the café.

At the Bonjour Cafe. Mo is trying to put Viki on the path to happiness. Viki says that she knows that Mo pulled strings to get Noelle in the Bake Off. Noelle comes in. They are both surprised to see her because she was supposed to be at the Bake Off. She shows them her blue ribbon. She won!

At the Buke mansion. Charlie and Jared. Charlie sees that he is running a scam with the Bukes. Charlie tells Jared that he loves him and wants a chance to prove it. Jared wonders how long he has been sober. Charlie answers that it has been five days. Jared offers him a bottle.

Back from commercial, Charlie says that he is done with booze. He says that he met someone who convinced him that he shouldn’t give up on his son. Charlie says that he is never giving up on Jared. Jared says that there is nothing he can do to change his mind. Charlie says that he can keep his secret on one condition.

Bonjour Café. Noelle is excited and Viki offers to help her get ready for reporters. Noelle kisses Mo and he is flabbergasted. Noelle leaves to pull the car around. Viki tells Mo that he is the best and leaves. Mo sits down on a stool with a stunned look.

Todd is shown with Gigi. Ramsey comes in with Shane.

Back to the Bonjour Café. Michael comes in with John. They are looking for Gigi and Sally Ann and Mo tells them they aren’t there. Mo says that Sally Ann left so quickly she forgot her bag. John grabs the bag and finds Marcie’s wallet.

At the courthouse, Nora looks at Lindsay and the support on Lindsay's side of the courtroom. She wonders how she got elected. They rise (judge prepared for ruling.) Nora smirks.

After the commercial, it is back to the Buke mansion. Jared asks Charlie what’s the catch. Charlie says that he doesn’t want to see Jared go back to prison. He will keep his secret if Jared lets him spend time with him. He says that he doesn’t have anything left to lose. Charlie says that he wants to take him skiing at Llantano Mountain next week some time. Jared agrees.

At the courthouse. the judge says, "It is the courts opinion that Lindsay is of sound mind and fit to stand trial for murder in the first degree." Nora looks thrilled, with smirk. Lindsay's side, in particular Dorian, looks unhappy.

At the Bonjour Café, John tells Mo that Sally Ann is wanted for kidnapping. Michael finds a picture in the bag. Mo says that the picture is of Gigi and Sally Ann.

We see Todd, Shane, Ramsey and Gigi. Next, Marcie is getting out of a car with Tommy and about to go into Gigi’s place.
